Friction AI operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly schedule until you cancel.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges will be applied to your payment method unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until the cycle ends.

Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where a verified technical issue prevents you from accessing or using the core functionality of the Service.
Refund requests for technical issues must be submitted within 15 days of the charge.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and may incur prorated charges.
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Certain features may no longer be available after downgrading.

Payment Failures

Payment Processing
